Texas Lone Star Network (“TLSN”) is a Texas-based provider of point-to-point transport
services owned and organized by a network of thirty-nine (39) independent telecommunications
companies across the State of Texas. TLSN currently provides its services to commercial
customers only. This Privacy Policy identifies and describes the way TLSN uses and protects
the information we collect via our website.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
TLSN collects certain information from and about its website users three ways: from our Web
server logs, with cookies, and directly from the website user.
Web server logs: When you visit our TLSN websites, we may track information to administer the
site and analyze its usage. Examples of information we may track include:

4. The state or country from which you accessed the site

* With other TLSN businesses and/or with TLSN Member companies

TLSN does not sell, rent, or provide personal information to unaffiliated third-parties to market
their products and services.
We also may disclose personal information or communications where we believe such
disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or respond to legal process (for example, lawful
subpoena, court order, E-9-1-1 information); to enforce or apply agreements; to initiate, render,
bill, and collect for services and products; to protect our rights or property; in connection with
claims, disputes, or litigation; to protect users of our services and other carriers or providers
from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of, or subscription to, such services; to facilitate or
verify the appropriate calculation of taxes, fees, or other obligations due to a local, state, or
federal government; or if we determine disclosure is necessary in an emergency situation.

This website is not designed to attract children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly
